Refund Policy
Glen Day Kit Studio sells digital board renders. This policy sets out the refund boundary for those digital items. All amounts are in US dollars (USD, $).

Digital delivery
Boards, kit lists and packing orders are delivered digitally inside the studio as image files and text. There is no physical product and no shipment. Delivery is effectively instant once a render completes.
Refund boundary
- Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no boards have been rendered against them.
- Used credits — once a board has been rendered, that credit has been delivered and is non-refundable.
- Billing errors or duplicate charges are refunded in full once confirmed.
- Service faults — if a render fails and cannot be re-run, we restore the credit or refund it.
Payment status
Payment provider is currently pending. No payment is collected on this site until checkout is enabled, so there is nothing to refund for activity before that point. Once checkout is live, refunds are issued to the original payment method in US dollars.
How to request a refund
Email support@g2outdoor.shop from the address on your account with your order reference. We aim to respond within two working days.
